“In July of 2014, Aloka Consulting & Training facilitated the development of a much-needed Action Plan for us at Shuswap Food Action Co-op. It was intended to cover a one-year period.
In spite of the enormity of the task, which included guiding 20 energized personalities to consensus about especially difficult issues, Aloka marshalled our thoughts, conversations, and debates into a cohesive and achievable plan of action that surpassed its expiry date.
Aloka’s presentation protocols, materials, and group activities were engaging, motivational, and exceptionally effective. As well, their final report that chronicled our planning activities and decisions was clear and helpful–and still in use over two years later.
